Our Meats

Our Livestock graze on organic pastures during spring, summer and fall and have access to shelter during the winter months.  Along with oxygenated water, all livestock receive grains grown from non-genetically modified seed and sprayed with organically approved sea solutions

Berkshire Pork

The “Berkshire” (pronounced 'Barkshire') breed originates from England/Scotland and is a favourite of Queen Elizabeth. In breeding circles, Berkshire pork is known as ’Berkshire gold’, are jet black with six white “points” and small, erect ears. The breeders realize it is an exceptional product, and it fits the niche market for quality pork. Read more about our Berkshire Pork here. 

Chicken & Turkey

We carry Fenwood Farms, Certified Organic chicken at Farmer Jacks market on Colonel Talbot Road, London. Turkeys are not available for 2008 but we do carry turkey breasts.

 

Beef

Texas Longhorns & Canadiennes (Canada's own breed!) graze on organic pastures and are supplemented with organic grains and oxygenated water.  The endproduct is a safe and extremely healthy, nutrient dense meat of (in our opinion) superior taste and tenderness.
